Submission Guidelines

Abstract submission is available only for International and Local Delegates.
Abstract submission will be done electronically by a form interface which ensures proper registration and uploads the abstract to the meeting website. Each abstract will be reviewed by a member of the scientific committee and also by an external reviewer.

Submission

  1. Abstracts/one minute ppt/poster must be submitted via the ICCEOCA-18 Online Submission System. Abstracts sent via fax or e-mail will NOT be accepted.
  2. Abstracts should be submitted only by the presenting author.
  3. Each presenting author can only submit one abstract.

Format

     1. All content must be submitted and presented in English only, with a maximum file size of 5 MB. Abstracts and 1min-ppt must be submitted using the provided template.

     2. Abstracts must be submitted in doc/docx format.

     3. 1min-ppt must be submitted in ppt/pptx format.

     4. Poster dimensions are 120 cm (height) × 90 cm (width). For poster printing services, please submit your poster in PDF format via your personal account before Nov.20th.
